Scheduling and Fees

The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and context. Weekly sessions can be helpful if you wish to explore concerns deeply or get through a difficult time. Four to six sessions can help to build new tools or to support a transition. For more long-term work, bi-weekly or monthly sessions may be appropriate.

The therapy hour session is a 50-hour appointment. The fee is in accordance with the BCACC guidelines for individual and couples counselling.

I offer a discount of 10% for pre-paid package of 5 sessions, and a limited number of sliding scale options based on need. Please inquire if this would allow you to pursue counselling together.
